Typically, fees are $5,000 per month, with most practitioners needing support for only 1-2 months. By using our services, most practitioners can begin seeing patients 3-6 months earlier than they would by navigating these processes independently, allowing them to recoup their fees within the first few months. Clinics can open more quickly, with fewer errors and complications, setting a strong foundation for long-term success and making our services a worthwhile investment.

A $500 deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable in monthly installments over up to six months after the clinic opens. Additionally, our team offers ongoing billing support on a subscription basis. We handle all billing submissions, remittances, and related tasks for a fee of 5%—lower than most third-party companies—while providing personalized service and feedback resulting in fewer errors and more money in your pocket.
